Swansea Point is an Unincorporated Community 11km south of the District of Sicamous straddling Highway 97A and situated on the eastern shores of Mara Lake, BC

There are 500 residences here comprised of resorts, mobile home parks, full time residents and seasonal cottages and homes. In the spring, summer and early fall, the population can soar to a few thousand, however in the winter there are about 150 residents living here full time.
